How long do you think it would take my to cycle the border of Chicago? Google maps predicts that it would take roughly 9 hrs 4 min to cycle the boundary of about 101 miles. You think I could do that in a day? (cycle = bicycle)

We'd need to know more factors, like are you in shape?
Ofcourse the 9h 4min is without stops, I would assume you'd take breaks now an then, so you may deviate from your route to look for shade, a corner shop for refreshments, adding extra mileage to your journey.

I know I couldn't do it in a single day.

I cycle fairly regularly for work. I cycle about 3 - 15 miles. I could split the ride up over about 3 rides but then I would be cycling such huge amounts that I might as well knock it out in one day.

I hate playing against beginners in Can't Stop. They just don't know what its like to go into the 6,7,8 columns and bomb on the very first roll. And then have that happen again 3x in a row. Meanwhile, they proceed to fill up columns _and_ keep rolling...successfully.

No. I will only play someone who both respects and fears the dice. ELO must be above 160 or I cancel the game.

Absurdity. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means... ;)

I've continued and remain a premium player. I have fun wasting time and playing games. BUT, in Can't Stop the most hilarious thing happened. I was doing well in a game and my opponent was barely on the board. He did the impossible. He won the game in one turn by locking down all three numbers. And locking down all three of these numbers almost from scratch. This was the best!!! I've never seen this before and it was even better happening almost from scratch!!! The odds of this outcome? Who knows. It's something crazy. About as crazy as this website :)
There's nothing wrong with this website. As was demonstrated to you the odds of this happening are unlikely but far from unreasonable. If you play can't stop regularly it will happen from time to time.

Best thing to do is just give up playing can't stop. I found it annoying when my opponents got lucky so I just stopped playing it a couple of years ago. There's over 300 more games to pick from.

What do you recommend giving a try? I dunno. Can't Stop feels like I don't have to try to much. I'm right there with you about the luckiness factor being wild and I should lay rest with it. I play very very competitively and go crazy for no reason. I love playing some random games too but also am a little crazy about winning. Case in point: sushi Go!. I play super super competitively but people don't care, lol. So I have fun winning....? lol....... Life man. Life.

Can't Stop Express. All players share the same roll.

Yahtzee is a good dice game with more skill element than can’t stop I think - some games you can’t win but a better player will win many close games.

Personally my favourite game is Butterfly but that is not very similar to can’t stop.
