I think it's "Go", one of the most popular asia boardgame.

I think you're right because the man on the picture at the right is Jim Morrisons of The Doors.

Well if that is the Royal Naval College at Greenwich (London), an eye in Go and Jim Morrison (lead singer of The Doors) I'm hoping it's NAVYG-EYE-DOOR.

I think you are right. I couldn't place the building, but I think its is the Royal Naval College.
