I am still struggling with this, by default solo being enables was set to ok. Saying I never want to play with it disables appears ot have no effect and saying I don't want to play a 2,3 , or 4 player game gives a message Solo game is only available in training mode.
How do I enable training mode or am I doing something else wrong.

If you want to play the daily challenge by yourself you have to create a table manually instead of automatic.
Once you make the table set Normal Mode to Training Mode.
Enable Solo Daily Challenge.
And reduce number of players to just you.

The Solo Daily Challenge is fun, and has been popular. But I just noticed a bug where scores showing up on the same leaderboard are getting two different games. Reported:
