I think the question regarding "our opinion" was more rethorical than anything else.

The underlying issue being to give a solution to an obvious exploit.

You wouldn't accept a weird technicallity giving such a push on a ranking in any sport, or any competitive endeavor for the matter...
Why should it be allowed here?

Long story short: no need to ignore legitimate concerns with ridicule.

I would even go further as to banning that user.
Think of all the folks who wanted to try this m44 for the first time, or any other game that genious sets his traps up... and finding such a welcome.
Disgraceful.

UNFAIR PLAY
I honestly Don't know what you're talking about - the 'Game was played according to the rules and you are upset because you played an unbalance (unfair) Scenario and lost. Would you have cried, 'Unfair', cheat, cheater, if you had Won the game, or had lost while playing as the Allies? Gamers should learn to have fun and have faith in their ability as a strategist. Don't be afeared of a wee little scenario or players with a much lower ranking than you. So, you don't want to lose points or play an unbalanced Scenario because you might lose some points...Score/Rank counts for nothing.

Why worry about other players or the dice, points, medals etc.?
Simply put: Play to have fun.

You are a General, Act like one...stop your bellyaching.

I just found out that the fast timer can be Brutal. I was a split second (last battle, button had been hit and completed) too late. My opponent used it against me...doesn't mean I'll use it against my fellow opponents. Never have Never will (tournament yes). Some players will take a win using every means possible...All's fair in Love and War.

unless there is an official list of balanced scenario somewhere
You can find what you're looking for on DOW

I haven't been hanging out on DOW lately. I'll look into it. But as far as I remember; If you enter the game site (live play) you will see a list of Scenarios. Should have Access to all the Balanced Scenarios. Might even be an indicator on all balanced Scenario's. IF this is incorrect, I'll find a list and forward it to you.

I've been searching for a Particular Scenario lately. In order to find 'the' Scenario, I've been creating a one-sided match...With me playing the Axis, knowing that the Axis is at a disadvantage. In Fact, the Axis (Japanese) are at a disadvantage in most of the Scenarios that I have played (irrelevant). Anyhow, while I was playing one of these Scenarios, my opponent (at the end of the game...he had lost) mentioned that I should not do that...as in creating non-mirrored matches. while I was typing a response, he left Chat. I tried to mail him directly after he had left chat, and it appeared as if he blocked me.

Beginning of the game he was doing good...It looked as if he was going to win this one. His time ran out early in the game, he was out of time during the rest of the game.

So, I get slagged for creating a one-sided Scenario (in his favor), all the while allowing him to go over his time and finish the game.
What do you think about a player that only plays two scenarios, only the side in which he has an advantage, and only 1 way?
I think he is playing for points. Sounds pretty smart to me...If you're playing for points. Don't take the mans fun away. Like LordBeric, mentioned. "He wont have that success in arena and tournaments." It seems to work itself out.
That "cheating strategy"
It's not always about learning "a Cheating Strategy". It might be more about learning to enjoy the game?

Go to: https://www.daysofwonder.com/memoir44/e ... enarioapp/

Then it shows a list of the official scenarios. In the columns for the scenario list, the "AAR" (After Action Report), is what is collected by users that have played. Select the number shown under "AAR" for any scenario and it will take you to the "Battle Reports" which has general statistics including the wins per side.

Here is the Pegasus Bridge Battle Report page: https://www.daysofwonder.com/memoir44/e ... enarioapp/

If points count, no one would-should ever play one way.
so, for those players who are limited on time you're saying they shouldn't play?
"If points count"
Points, points? What's points got to do, got to do with it?? what's points but a secondhand emotion
When it's time to execute, points count for nothing. Focusing on points limit the fun factor (for all) and hinders a person's ability to play their best. When it’s time to execute, execute: focus on your Battleplan. Distractions hinder your execution. Have a Battle plan and stick with it. don't get distracted by the dice/points/radio/ etc.

Please do excuse me... but I'm very... really very much short on time myself.

So I exclusively play turn based.

I really don't get this weird defense of a clearly unsportmanship behaviour.
Are you all abusing this system? And that's why so many are brushing it off as if nothing?

It clearly is somewhat of a big deal, come on!
