I haven't spotted flanders yet, but someone when crazy with the clone stamp tool!

I truly don’t believe Flanders is in this one. I have been looking real hard and can’t find him. I thought I found him underneath the H like someone else said but in checking the original image, that same anomaly is present so that can’t be it. Here’s a pic from the announcement and the rulebook, side by side. Then here’s a pic of where I thought I found him.

Well that's exactly where I thought Ned was. But now I have my doubts since you have demonstrated those features were in the original image already.
