This is STILL a problem!

Next release didn't happen yet, so yes. Nothing is happening instantaneously or magically, even when using CAPS.

It wasn't ALL caps, I wasn't yelling. I just type the way I speak, usually stressing one word hardest in any sentence. That's how I talk, that's how I type. I wasn't trying to be combative. My apologies if that's the way it was taken. IntertnetS. Nuance. Tone. It's never the same as in person.

Apologies accepted, sorry if I overreacted myself: it felt like unappreciative bullying, like a lot of posts in these forums (and over the internet in general unfortunately). Not the same as in person, as you say.

I would like to suggest something regarding this, maybe there is a better topic, or maybe a new one..

But anyway, the issue is, sometimes i'm playing a few turn based games of the same game, most recently, res arcana

And sometimes just as i make a move i notice the opponent is online, and he is playing, BUT, i dont have a chance to keep playing that game, it sends me to the next one first

After i play in all, maybe 4 or 5, this player may not be "online" anymore, and we just lost the chance to play it live

I join mostly turn-based games because i dont always have enough time for a full game, but i still enjoy playing live when we are both online

I understand this was due to abuse in previous seasons, but i'm sure there is a way to prevent that while allowing this

A few ideias are:

1 - allow a time window, maybe 3 minutes after the last move?, before you are forced to play on another table
2 - dont have the "play on next table" until the season is close to the end
3 - dont have the "play on next table" if your current opponent is online

or maybe a mix of all 3? (:

Thanks for your message. Actually we already implemented the 1, which is the most important, so you should be able to play if your opponent is online

regarding 2, its not a big deal, but just now i came back to the laptop and i had left a game open. it is now my turn, but i cant play it because some other game had the turn before i guess

it would be cool if it was activated only, i dunno, 1 month before the end should be enough? maybe even a week or 2.


but implementing the online player is def. the most important! cool

20min ago, so around 13:14 gmt

I played a card that allowed me to move 2 troops, I activated 1, and when i tried to activate the 2nd i got the "must play this game first" screen :/

besides the "mid-move-alert" there are also 60 days to the end of the season, so it's not like I could game the system from this far away eheh.


so thats why I wrote point 2 before, by putting this in place only near the end, maybe last week? 2 weeks? but certainly not 2 months, it would already help

point 4 added to the previous list would be, despite all else, "once you make a move you should be able to finish it ^^

update:

the season just started, there are 88 days left to go, why can't I play the game I had open from before.. it even lets me think about what move to play, but when I pick the card I want to play... *bam*, you have to play this other game first -_-

it is so annoying, and it has to be an easy fix, if nothing else just disable it until the last 15, or even 30 days, and it will solve immediatly 67% of the problems ^^
