majority medals, hexes being worth more than one medal, exit hexes for both sides, Tigers, any of the "Actions" such as heroic leader, etc... will not work?
Majority medals are implemented but not selectable in the editor indeed.
Hexes being worth more than one medals are working though, just use the "count for X" select dropdown (that wasn't working in the Online if i recall correctly).
As for the exit marker, you can select "no/any side" in the editor and these should work as well on BGA.
Tigers and heoric leader (no idea what this is) won't work.
Is there a list anywhere that tells which units, badges, actions, and terrain types currently work? If I choose an SFTF that uses solely Base Game and Pacific Theater and has no special rules, and if it was built correctly in the Scenario Editor, is that sufficient to say that it will work?
I'm trying to choose scenarios for a tournament, and because the list of Official scenarios is so limited, it looks like I need to use SFTF.

Yes it will. You have an unofficial list of what is implemented here :

Thank you, Tisaac - and thank you for all you've done on this project.
Also, thank you, Sir Wesk, for your list on the other thread,
