danuer13 vs ultoma, 193 vs 175. After first two tries with an academy opening, where i got 179, tried with a pi one and gaia+nav tech and ignored terraforming altogether. Probably can polish that a bit and got a bit higher than 200

First try: kespie 209 vs Automa 150 – https://boardgamearena.com/9/gaiaprojec ... =346258905 – Sci, Gaia, Nav, AI. Was seduced by the RL points but probably not the best approach

Different approach: kespie 215 vs Ultomaat 175 – https://boardgamearena.com/4/gaiaprojec ... =348009597 - Ac opening with nice power management, Eco2, expand. Eventually top terra&nav&gaia. Can be executed much better though. Ac opening is great!

And now with better execution (and no Eco or top Nav): kespie 238 vs Ultomaat 175 – https://boardgamearena.com/8/gaiaprojec ... =348278294 - Ac opening, Gaia/Nav. Key to scoring was aiming for MANY green planets in R4, 3+1 feds in R6, and ultimately the two advanced techs for 16+18 points, and top Gaia

Good scores everyone! It's interesting to see the academy openings (Cazi and rocky_road).

My best attempt: boulou2 218 vs Automächtig 165:

I developed in the Gaia (maxed), navigation and AI tracks

I don’t have time at the moment to plan it out properly, but thought I’d have a quick stab before the month ends!

Niall 200 vs 175 Ultoma

Gaia, Nav, TF at the end. I can see lots of points left on the table…

More great scores! Academy openings have done well, and boulou2's RL+PI.

213 - 150
I'm fairly new, so my play is a bit 1-dimentional. But at-least I'm learning as I go along.

PI start.
Navigation, to get all the lubbly jubbly green and purple planets. You can deliberately cut off the AI from getting to the right-side of the map.
Almost always getting Qic and $2 for the start of round terrans gaia bonus.
Gaia track and AI towards the end.
Trying to time a Round5 QiC spend, because the last round AI track advancement seems busted. (Is that always true?). You can get all 3 of the QIC actions round 6.

Round 3 or 4 I built a green mine then immediately got the 3VP/green tech tile :/ So 3 lost VP.

The biggest frustration with Terrans is the way they deal with power leach. The timing really grates, because you know you want to gaia-form and accepting leach from bowl1 to bowl2 is stupid.

That's down to the luck of how the automa deck plays, and some automa factions are much more aggressive takers of power/qic actions. Good score!
