Someone has started an implementation of Ride the Rails (Capstone, originally by Harry Wu aka John Bohrer) but it seems to be stalled...

I know it's not Bohrer (and probably a far cry from what you were asking about) but just curious if you count Trains (the deckbuilding game) as a Cube rail game. (funny how we got Automobiles but not Trains)
