You mean into the jungle if attacking from adjacent hex without moving OR out of it if they moved into it from an adjacent hex?
I think I observed both of them but certainly one of them.

The developers have had contact with Days of Wonder and Days of Wonder have confirmed the bug. So we wait for an update for this bug.
