I think a possible solution to this would be for BGA to stop letting users kick others out of games and instead just have automatic endings for real time and turn based games when someone reaches negative X time. Maybe 10 minutes for real time and 5 days for turn based.
The reasoning behind this behavior is so simple: Do you notice, people are doing this ONLY when they know they are losing the game.
When they are about to win, they never kick the others out for the time limit. But when you are about to win, then they kick you out.
And I begin to be VERY annoyed by this behavior.
For some games ,as example Living Forest with kodama, when you are near the end and you get 3-4 bonus actions in one turn, its almost impossible to play in the time limit.
Kicking someone out should be ONLY if a player dont play (left the game). I dont even understand why its POSSIBLE to kick someone out while they are doing their actions.

. There was a topic here and people were admitting to giving red thumbs for no reason. I discovered I have red thumbs from people I never played with before and that explained it.
I also have red thumbs from several people simply because I beat them in a game. I played in a timely manner and wasn’t impolite so that is the only conclusion I can draw from that. I think some players realize you are a better player than them and don’t feel like they have a chance against you so they red thumb.

I just encountered a player who abuses this technique. It is basically legalized cheating. They play 24 moves per day turn based. In this setting it is easy to occasionally go past time limit. I was on the last move in bubblee pop. I had clearly won and they kicked me before I could take my turn. Then when I looked at this persons game history they have kicked at least 10 other players on the final move when they were about to lose (I didn’t look into their history past a few months). They have been able to climb the ranks in bubblee pop (probably other games too) using this method.

It is common practice for some to red thumb all known stronger players in arena to increase their chances of a victory.
