Great, the Autumn league is under way. I’ll post results in this thread and also links to the winter tournaments, which will start in January.

The second season has drawn to a close 140 players competed across three divisions, and 256 took part in the knockout cup.
Congratulations to the Autumn 2023 league winners:
Division 1 - icycookie
Division 2 - sd64
Division 3 - bennerzz
and the Cup winner - Biubangboom

Terra mystica (not in BGA) have a similar system
Its like 8 players per division - 1 division 1 - 2 divison 2 - 4 divison 3 and so on
Top 1 of each division go up and bottom two go down
Ever new player start at bottom division possible.
And about players who drop out and returning players they do this:
"Empty slots will be filled by returning players. A returning player may however not fill an empty slot higher in the league system than the player finished on the last season he/she played. If an empty slot can not be filled by a returning player, it will be filled by moving all lower ranked players upwards"
IMO this is much better than arena
Its like 8 players per division - 1 division 1 - 2 divison 2 - 4 divison 3 and so on
