hi to all
Italian mail with Premium subscription price update is wrong.
please check below sentence:
"Più precisamente: la sottoscrizione mensile a Board Game Arena passerà da 30€ a 36€."
it's the annual subscription. Better send revision.
thanks for your work, we appreciate

Just a question about it: I am currently paying 24€ per year, but the email (and this topic as well) says that the price will pass from 30€ to 36€. So what are the correct thresholds?
thanks

Since I'm not using any Premium features, I regard my membership as a kind of voluntary donation. Happy to continue doing so, but not at any price!
Ditto. This increase notification just reminded me that I've been on auto-pilot for my donation. Time to fix that...

Same here, auto-renewed very recently at 24 euro, now got the mail that the price will go from 30 to 36. Very weird.
But then again, the price is right. It's still less that a single board game box, which I still buy often (usually after playing on BGA first), but get significantly less play time out of.
I would like notifications on the iOS SPA app though!

Bonjour,
Je ne souhaite pas renouveler mon abonnement premium car je n'ai plus qu'un poste. Merci de bien vouloir en tenir compte.
Bonne journée,
Cordialement,

Well gotta give it to Asmodee, they took 2 years since the acquisition to gouge users. Hopefully they take the additional profit and buy the remainder of the industry.

I agree that the price is still very good, but this is from your previous FAQ about the last raise:
[...]
as long as you do not cancel your membership
That's precisely the reason why we added a dedicated FAQ to this message :
The old price is not meant to go on indefinitely. That's exactly what we did until now, while we announced a new price.

Unfortunately, our 100% human italian translator did a mistake, it's annual subscription obviously :
Più precisamente: l'abbonamento annuale a Board Game Arena passerà da 30€ a 36€.

The current price is 30€ a year, even if those who subscribed before november 2021 can have a cheaper price. The new price will be 36€ a year from next month. Again:
The old price is not meant to go on indefinitely.

Again? Didn't you just increase? Anyway everything is getting more expensive - and you are still worth each cent. Thanks for the work.
And excited fir ark nova.

ok so 20% increase, but you can understand that for all those who support BGA for a long time it's 50% increase, which is not nothing ....
