First case was not missing money. It has happened several times with me holding enough cash, and also to others I know. Will screenshot next time. I just thought it was an updated rule.

Second case was my fault, you are right, I had played Migration Recordings. Didn't realize that I could play a release project twice.

You are not mentionning that the card is upgraded in your first post, you know it's mandatory in order to donate, right ?

We are getting tons of players not knowing some part of the rules, so I rather check.
Again, something like " It has happened several times with me holding enough cash, and also to others I know. " is probably meaning you are also missing one of the rules since the only rules bug left are very niche cases, definitively not something happening frequently.
