As I said you can report multiple accounts which manipulate the ranking. That's the way to do it: First click the option "using multiple accounts to boost ELO", then click "The accounts play against each other to cheat the ranking system".

In fact there are two, but welp. Again, moderators are not required to play every game on BGA.
However, this doesn't mean they don't know Tichu as they might have played it somewhere else or in real life.

Last time I looked at the moderation team, I saw no one who played more than 5 Tichu games. Seems like the ones who played more than 5 Tichu games have been very recently added.
