Your idea is still impossible to implement as the game backend cannot read player ratings (BGA framework does), so:

So who does have access? To use two examples:

A. Currently: in Bandido you get +1 ELO for winning; and +0 for losing.
Question: Can you not change that to +10 for winning and -10 for losing?

B. Currently: in Hanabi you get +X ELO for completing. X depends on the variant, the average ELO of the team, and the score.
Question: Can you not change this formula to be more similar to a 1v1, and ever non-perfect game being negative ELO?

It is already possible and some games are doing so, but your idea is completely different from such simpler computations:

It's hard to define the 'accurate' formula for every score and setup after all. Your suggestion is too vague to be carried out.
