Almost ! The answer has been found on the french forum : the new game coming this may is ... Puerto Rico from Andreas Seyfarth !

The planned solving path for the riddle was :

End of the world (+ 4 horsemen) => Book of Revelation (+ saint icon) => Saint John, identified as author (+ ciudad capital) => San Juan, capital of... Puerto Rico !

So in theory, the first clue could lead straight to the answer
