Maybe I have been a little bit too devious
I had got 4 clues in mind, but I think the 3rd should be the turning point :

The 3rd clue is John the Evangelist who is sometimes identified with John the author of Book of Revelation (where the horseman come from). But no idea what this points at.

Yes, the third clue is Saint John, and here is the last clue :

"Ciudad capital"

San Juan - maybe?

Almost ! The answer has been found on the french forum : the new game coming this may is ... Puerto Rico from Andreas Seyfarth !

The planned solving path for the riddle was :

End of the world (+ 4 horsemen) => Book of Revelation (+ saint icon) => Saint John, identified as author (+ ciudad capital) => San Juan, capital of... Puerto Rico !

So in theory, the first clue could lead straight to the answer
