As pointed out earlier, an outline of a waving Ned is on the bottom of the C in the title "My City".
(And as I also pointed out, this certainly isn't "teeny" so I'm not sure what some others claim to have seen - you'll have to ask them, although you're unlikely to get a reply here now.)
