This can be very frustrating and unfulfilling and does not serve any purpose other than take away happy joyous feeling for the winner. My suggestion would be to disable the forfeit/concede option in the final two turns. I definitely see the use of the concede option, but just not for the very final stage of a (long) game.

Have you experienced this? Do you feel frustration when people concede in their very final turn?

I agree. Also available for Chakra since the objective of the game is to make points, not win.
Wait, what? Haven't played that game but it's on my rather long watchlist of games to get to. Could you elaborate?

Actually, there are no official winning condition in the booklet of Chakra, it's not its philosophy. The objective is to equilibrate the more colored chakra to reach a level (master, disciple, butterfly, …). For this philosophy, it can be good to let the opponent continue to develop, so you can develop yourself too instead of rushing the trigger of the end game.

For BGA, the condition is more like usual : make more points than the others, before them. So, we rush.

But, in both cases, we don't know the values of all the Chakras before the game ends. So we like to wait for it and enjoy making a good game (21 points) or a "meh" one (13). So, it's frustrating when someone bows in the last turns, because you won't ever know if you were good or not.
