One solution could be to avoid all kinds of pronouns:
- Uwe/Lisa wirft alle eigenen Handkarten ab
- Uwe/Lisa wift alle Handkarten ab (which might be not specific enough)

Futhermore, there are a number of rewrittings that help to avoid the usage of player_name-strings (like passive).

I also agree with the ranking of yzemaze:

If male only isn't an option I'd use female only. As a last resort I wouldn't mind Option 2 as long as a commonly used form (b, d or e) is used.

It would be ok, but not preferable. I don't have a problem with wrong pronouns if it's done consistently site-wide [= status quo ante]. But sometimes there's the easier way of entirely circumventing the use of (possessive) pronouns [cp. pablos remarks].

Changing to a pronoun-less notation is ok for me, so unless there are any further comments I'd start changing back to all male forms and pronoun-less player_strings.

I think pronoun-less notation is a good compromise
