These are always interesting conversations, even though the numbers there really do not make much of a difference. But I personally believe it should be 2:3:3:2, as the cards you draw can definitely put a limit on your points (especially if you are not playing 2p and draw a really low hand). However, strategy is extremely important, including balancing trick winning as well as piece placement for bonus (or to completely ignore). The consistency of high players staying relatively high shows the strategy is prevailing in the long run, and the low elos of #1 players (usually around 450-480) show that luck is a major impacter also, or they would be much higher (unless if this was just really unpopular). The interaction should not increase in my opinion because even though the player has a lot of control over how the cards are played, there isn't too much going on outside of it. Compared to something like Caylus where you have to manage pieces, currency, resources, and favors, the player just is not expanding their wrist movement on every turn.
