And this solution is a one that can be coded.
But bad driving doesn't require the loss of die. A player can have a full set of dice and still be oblivious to their driving style affecting other players (or of course drive deliberately to affect other players) and you can't code for intent, or lack thereof.

As to whether a damaged car can be coded to ghost out on a technical level, well, we've got a fair few bug reports I'd rather be addressed before that happens...

I found a solution to all the blocking problems - let's drive alone and check times at the end of the track.
This fair-play feature only benefits leaders now.
They can easily wait to be overcome by others and then skips their turn in order to drive with white dice.
