My point is that there are a lot of Spades Players with multi accounts and are playing them competitively, when this is not allowed.

Theft is usually not allowed, and people still do it!

Basically, what I'm concluding here is that you can create as many accounts as you like!

You can only register once per e-mail address.
How would you check a person's identity? Should they register with real name and have to show up on admin's doorstep to show their ID card?

Security should and could be tightened up on this site!
If this ever occurred, I wonder how many accounts would remain.

More security measures would probably have unwanted side effects.
It might scare off new players if they had to give more personal information or had to agree to more measures concerning analysis of their site-usage. Or giving a phone number. Or requiring premium for all games...
Scaring off potential players is bad for BGA because it needs a big player base for people to find opponents.
Also implementing more security might be a terribly difficult task.
Question is: on a gaming platform with no money involved... does the gain really outweigh the downsides?
From your perspective maybe yes. For most others probably not.

These days most sites ask for some form of ID to register whether money is or isn't involved!

Is that so? I don't think I gave an ID on any site that does not involve buying/selling. And I don't want to.
