You seem to have missed the memo that the OP's account has been deleted/banned. The admin (red shaded post) didn't pop in just for lolz apparently.

I personally don't think using alt accounts is an issue as long as you aren't cheating with them, but if the policy of one-person-one-account (except for testing/tutorials) is consistently applied, that's fine as well. It's just that I've seen so many instances of people openly talking about their alts that it seemed that the de facto policy was that they were allowed if you weren't cheating with them.
