A few years ago when we had competitions, we gave bonus points for each card still in the deck after your team reached 30 points. So, if multiple teams all reached 30 points playing identical decks, the team with 6 cards in the deck won over the team with only 2 cards left in the deck, who won over the team that just made it on the last turn.
