They likely read the ratings in the posted game as the initial rather than new ratings, so it looked like the player was reset to 16 instead of being reset to 0 and having just won the 16 points in their mind.

This has to be amended to say I've now seen an alt account (publicly admitted, so it's not speculation) being punished just for being an alt account apparently. Actually, the account has been deleted, so we can't know for sure whether BGA banned it or it was deleted voluntarily.

I guess this post is about me. I earned my 700+ elo and arena championship 100% fair. I just really want my elo and trophys back, but after 3 e-mails to bga i just dont get a reply
