Once it's you turn, do you need to perform some action in order to get your dice rolled?
It depends how you have set your game options:

This will easily explain the observed behaviour: auto roll enabled and dice appearing simultaneously with the player turn.
Much much much more likely than a bot....

Yes I agree with you, it's a bad experience play with a bot.

Did you read like....anything....else written in this thread?

Here's the tl;dr: They weren't playing against a bot.

They weren't.
But that doesn't change the fact that playing against a bot is not enjoyable.

That depends. I've played many a game against computer players (not on BGA), and enjoyed them. Playing against a bot when you think it's a human might be more annoying, but considering how many reports of people meeting bots on here there are (despite no concrete evidence, and really, very little reason for someone to make and run a bot player), I'm not sure people are that great at distinguishing between a bot and a human (unless the bot's play is VERY simplistic, in which case, no, it's not enjoyable).

I guess you mean "playing against a human that behaves like a bot is not enjoyable". Replace "human" with any other noun, like "dog", "vase" or "supercomputer", and it's still the same. I mean that the identity of the other end is irrelevant, only its/their behaviour, and as long as it isn't reportable (and playing fast or silly, or not answering in chat, is not) you just have to deal with it, or red-thumb.
