Seeing these poor guys win I feel sorry for them. I'm not joking. How the heck are they able to ENJOY the game?

1- If you look at your screen when you open a game, you can read "Arena, competitive mode". So if you don't like it, just play singles games and select level for your opponents.

2- And don't worry for me.
When I want to use my brains I play TTR (or some other games).
When I want a luck game I can roll dices, I don't play a strategy game
