My best was 313 starting the round with 172! Got x2, second chance, +10 and 4-5-7-9-10-11-12.

Quick math's to calculate highest possible score scenario.
You're at 199 to start the round.
You can get 6-12 for highest numbers = 63
Then if you got each of the + cards = 30
Total score of 93 with 2x multiplier = 186
Total possible score adding 199 to 186 = 385

No, 2x multiplier doesn't apply to the + cards.

i'm not sure how to check my flip7 history, but i finished with 316 pts in one of my games (was at a hundred and ninety-something pts at the beginning of the last round and i had flipped 7 in that last round with the x2 bonus).

I had a game where I ended with 294 points in an arena game.
I started in last round with 169 and my opponent with 191. My opponent stayed at 215 after 3 cards. I got a second chance and with 1, 5, 7, 10, 11 and 12 I came to a tie. But I still had my second chance. So I drew another card, a Flip3! Which gave me a 10 (uuhh, bad luck! second chance gone), a x2 and a 9.

So if the 1 had been an 8 and 5 been a 6 the theoretical maximum for that game could have been (7+1)x2=16 more. So 310 would have been the maximum.
