It is rare that I think winning by booting someone is more enjoyable than actually playing the game I have come online to play.
Personally, in the original scenario where my opponent has been consistently playing a game for that length of time, I would usually choose 4 and 5.

- If there is no response, I will assume internet issues or called away due to an emergency. It's likely (although not a given) that I'd switch the game to turn-based. I can allow some grace, but also I don't have to wait around if I don't have the time to.
