They are not my terms. And it was unclear whether you were disputing whether it was being abused at all, which is what my response was directed to, or just quibbling over how prevalent the abuse is.

This doesn't solve the problem RazorOz mentioned directly before you of being able to block players who quit or vanish partway through a game and waste everyone's time. I've also used red thumbs to block the occasional person who doesn't seem interested in actually playing the game, but just about ruining the other player's experience, either by just playing oddly and providing no real challenge (and not in a beginner, learning the game way), or by sabotaging the other player's goals, not in a strategic way, but even at the expense of their own play. I used to get this playing TTR on another platform years ago, where some players would just try to block every route you laid down - and eventually I would realise and adjust how I was playing, and they would still lose, but I hated playing it. I don't see that much here, but every now and again, it does happen.

are you just guessing about this or did you confirm it in a way?
Confirmed. You can see if you are red thumbed by trying to view a game the player is in. It will tell you then and block you from viewing there games

I also think if you view the profile of someone who has red thumbed you, you will see nothing under the username where the game in progress and online status show but I'm not 100% on that one

If i understand correct, EACH Red Thumb you give to a person, means for the Arena Mode automatically, such a person wont be any longer matched with you against me? WHETHER if its a private or a public Red Thumb? Results in giving all of those directly public ones, instead of privat ones.

How does the last part logically follow from what comes before?
