An idea: Give arena seating preference to the less fussy players.

Player "John Doe" has given a red Thumb to player "Jane_doe".

But Jane doe has no issue with John. John has joined the Arena queue, and is waiting for the table to fill. Jane also wants to play Arena but cannot, because of the red thumb.

So, the system should replace John in the queue with Jane. Once that game is filled, John can re-join a new queue.

Thanks Meeplelowda, indeed seems best solution would be to skip red thumb principle for the arena.
I was quite surprised looking at my red-thumb list (where I am the target) to see players with which we had nice competitive games and absolutely no anger, this is quite disappointing.

Yeah same. I red thumbed 1 person but have over 60 red thumbs on me even talking very rarely.

But I play indeed a lot of arena.

I have received approximately 20 red thumbs, almost all of them from players I have never even played, or from players whom I have played against but didn't say a single word in the chat other than "hi", or something like that.

It's not an optimal format.

Ok and so as conclusion I lost the arena by one point to someone who red-thumbed me to avoid playing (losing? :)) against me. So strategy pays off unfortunately...

Definitely change needed so that red-thumbs do not involve tournaments (already the case) and arenas (not the case), don't know how we may push for this.

Today i learned there is a reason to red thumb players in arena: there is one player only playing Hutan and it seems like only in arena. So when i play another game i often end up with them. I red thumbed them so i play against other and also more suitable levels. (They are around place 1 in ranking)
