A -5 per time penalty would probably mean tournament play for me was untenable, unless they also add improvements to the time settings (at least longer max. game time settings). And I am already restrictive about which tournaments I enter to avoid going over time as much as possible, and on a typical day, I'm probably checking BGA 4-6 times in my waking hours.
