That is a good thought to want to prevent this from happening to others but often reporting someone isn’t worth the time. Like I said this persons penalty is so low that they could just build it back in 20-30 min playing a game like captain flip. There is also no limit to my knowledge of how many reports someone can have before a more severe punishment is taken place. I encountered an account with over 100 reports in a little over year. You would think someone like that wouldn’t be allowed to play anymore but they are (& if I recall correctly their rep wasn’t that bad atm).

There was also a thread about reporting ppl playing with multi accounts. The amount of evidence you have to provide to find them guilty is extreme (understandable). & the penalty for them is a slap on the wrist. the cheaters go right back to cheating. Which leads some ppl to not even bother reporting ppl who cheat in games because it isn’t worth their time.
