I’ve never played live games on BGA but in over the table tournaments I plan to use chess clocks with fixed time per player (15-30 minutes should be good) that’s the only way I see it working because you can have fast turns in the beginning but the late game is always longer because you have more moves to plan

To be honest I don’t recommend speed games of tactile - it’s not like chess where you have fixed openings that you can rush through. Every move counts and the beginning most of all. every time I see people speed moving in tactile they miss lots of good moves and end up unnecessarily prolonging the game or losing. Maybe I’m just slow but I need a while to think about my moves, every move counts so much
