Agreed. This is exactly why I don't plan to renew my premium account. During a time the BGA webpage crashed, the other player got back into the game before I did and kicked me out. BGA claims to take these penalties away during times the BGA webpage crashes, but the one I got during that time is still on my profile.

And what did Support say when you contacted them?
