Re: Can we stop conceding with one move to go?

To answer the original question: no, because the platform does not know (in general, for all games) when will be the final move.
If you spent days going trough the game you know exactly how badly you beat your opo. You don't need the final score you already know.Cos- wrote: ↑30 November 2025, 03:32 I would love to have an option on tables I create that disables the ability to concede. It really ruins the game for me when someone concedes, and I've spent days going through much of a game only to never see how things turn out at the end because the game gets cut off early. I hate the feature, and usually red thumb anyone who concedes so that I won't have to play with them again, but it would be much better if the site just let me play on no-concede tables only. Let the conceders play with each other and not with me.
This is such a tiresome straw-man argument.AKuras wrote: ↑30 November 2025, 17:21If you spent days going trough the game you know exactly how badly you beat your opo. I would also love this feature. I am not interested in childish players that are only here to industrially pump out as many games as possible. I also red thumb conceders as a darwinian natural selection.Cos- wrote: ↑30 November 2025, 03:32 I would love to have an option on tables I create that disables the ability to concede. I agree with this because I don't want to play with people who will force me to continue to play a game that I know for sure I'll lose.rocdocta wrote: ↑09 December 2025, 15:18I would also love this feature. Sure. If it can be said about me, it can be said about you as well.Meeplelowda wrote: ↑11 December 2025, 06:11It's permissible to just red thumb someone based on what kind of player they say they are in the forums.
