I do think there's a difference between a amaller family game release (still a rather new market for CGE) and a big tentpole strategy game, that they want to be their next Arnak or Through the Ages and which they will presumably turn into their next homemade App, once they get finished with Arnak.

The developer for the Drillers BGA implementation also seems to be the designer of the board game, so there may be some special circumstances there if the game designer is a fan of/contributor to BGA

The good news about this message is that both Arnak and Through the Ages have their BGA version as well. ^^

I believe Seti will be released here someday. In the future, after probably another expansion in the physical form and the announcement of the Big Box Edition.
