It seems like its being down for 10 to 15 minutes everytime.
Often several times per week and some occasions every day.
This is really annoying for me as a real-time player. It's painful to play long games like Maracaibo and invest 2-3 hours into it and when the server returns, I'm kicked out. Sometimes your rep doesn't take a hit during drop, but it often sometimes it does not work.
However I think a much needed feature is to completely disable the ability to kick someone when a total server shutdown occurs, if you are the unlucky player on your turn, its 90% chance you are kicked when it return to normal, but there's always doucebags that kicks you out during server outage. That chat freezes and communication is locked out and I think the real-time game timer should pause for 30 mins or so during server outage or make it impossible for a single guy to kick a player during server outage.
