Turn-based Filter - Time Zones

Time zones are meaningless. Until a month ago, I was often awake until 4 AM local time or later. Now I've been waking up at or before 6 AM local time. Two people in the same time zone might have almost entirely different preferred playing windows.

This here is always the answer when every few months someone has a "new" idea to add a filter to exclude time zones or something like that. It is almost always rooted in a narrow-minded notion of what is a "normal" time for someone to be playing. My sister works graveyard shift. What some would view as a "normal" window of 0900-2100 or 1000-2200 in her time zone would not actually work for her.
