I've been thinking that there should be meta-reputations, for all the other questionable things a player may do.

So for example, there would be a number that tells you "this person hasn't kicked out anyone in 95% of their games" or "they don't surrender in 98% of their games". Or "this person has blocked 27 users" or "they restrict their table access to 24% of the playerbase".

This would give us a lot more useful information on what to expect from a player, who we want to be friends with and so on. When I'm in a game, I'm a lot more worried about a player's likelihood of kicking out or surrendering than their likelihood of going out of time.
