Note that you have to set the parameters to play and real-time in order to see the bell. If it doesn't show up (for me it does), I suggest you to open a bug report for each of those games.

If you are talking about real-time games, this is clearly a bug: "Of course we will not bother you with these messages if you are at a game table!" (https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=31749)
And again, I suggest you to open a bug report, but in this case for the BGA website instead.

No, I am talking about turn tables. When im playing gamme logic, once i click to see the puzzle clues, the timer starts. How long i spend before solbing it determines my ranking.
If, in the midst of solving a puzzle, sometimes even right when positioning my last animal or monster, a notification pops up to click me away to another page, i then have to go back, wait for the puzzle clues to reload, (remember what i was doing) and reposition all the animals or monsters.
Thus, it does not matter that this is a turned based table - it is still a problem: luck of not having a notification becomes involved in winning a speed logic game.
This is not a problem for most games, im thinking nova luna, framework, go, shuffle forest, harmony, fibonachos, turing machine, verso, yams, copenhagen, cat in the box, you name it, so many other games that are not timed. As in you are not rated on your time, you're rated on how many / little points you score.
I've only noticed this being a problem for Gamme Logic
