So what's your point? That you can actually be top 5 with only a 8-10 win streak? Or that the top 5 are not "the best players"?
Neither. It’s simply a suggestion to make Arena mode more dynamic, with more movement, rather than just aiming to reach a certain position and then hold on to it.
For example, I see some very active and very strong players who move up and down between around 20th and 150th place. I get the impression—and it may be just an impression—that things are more static once you get into the top 20.
