As I saw a few to be translated string about microphones and such my guess would be a live talk system as well.

However, a way for groups to create their own tournaments would be nice as well.

Something between real-time mode and turn-based mode? For those who want to play fast games, but need a little more time to think than in real-time mode.

Oh a tutor mode or a single player with computer mode would be awesome! it should have some restrictions though... like 1 or 2 times per game and maybe per mode/variation. I wouldn't want this site to turn into one where no one plays together anymore and instead everyone is on their own playing with computers
