I wonder because people who see this list might think "I like LC and 6nimmt, so looks like TTA is the right game for me" . But well... you didn't sort by complexity, fine ^^.

But I think apart from game-mechanism-complexity the game is a lot about planning and calculating - more than about getting lucky with the cards.

well, whichever leader and wonder you get will usually dictate your strategy ... so then the luck part is whether you can get the cards to fit that strategy. obviously, the better players are the ones who know what to aim for in each scenario, and what their opponents are aiming for, but if you don't get the right cards to execute, you go down in flames. a tight game only happens when all players are successfully hindered in their main strategy .. then it is still just the luck of the draw in the final rounds that determines who edges out the win.
