I noticed some issues with the Android app recently (2 or 3 days ago it the app was requiring a refresh after each move). I just noticed today that the app hadn't registered my clicks on the last two daily games. Not sure why or if the two issues are related. Wanted to mention it in case there was some relation between the two observations.

I too have clicked on the games every day and it has only registered me for one game open so far. I have played three of the games, wondering if you have to play them to get credit for opening them.

Greetings,
Excuse me, how do I go about getting assistance on this site?
I have tried to write many messages in the last few days but so far I have not received any response.
The fact is that on Sunday 3 December I had a lot of problems accessing the Board Game Arena site: for almost the whole day it wouldn't let me log in, telling me there was a problem with the server... and then, when I finally managed to log in, it didn't it allowed me to unwrap the Christmas gift game of the Winter Calendar... thus automatically making me lose the challenge of the Christmas Calendar.
Please, is there anything we can do about this?
Can anyone answer me?
Thanks

You do not. Remember this is on France time, so your last chance to open Thursday, for example, is likely not 11:59 pm on Thursday, but hours earlier depending on your time zone. For me the cutoff is 2:59 pm local time.

Well, then there was something wrong with the first five days of this calendar. I am on a lot. I would clicked every day and it never opened the gift. It just showed the game. The opening of the gifts have only started the past 3 days. Oh well.

Yep, I'm seeing the same too. It's only registered the first 5 days and then nothing on the others

These most certainly don't seem like "new" games...
