Board Game Arena

A very surprising result, I think. The first half felt like a complete disaster for me. I was only able to activate in the center with cards like move out, and only because I had no infantry. I kept drawing left and right flank cards, which was terrible! I was able to scrape a couple of medals on the last turn of round 1 only because I happened to draw armor assault the turn before! I got quite a few hits as the allies, just not enough to get more medals. The second half however, was bizarrely more lopsided. I used a combination of attacking trapped armor, big movements across center and a general advance card, and quite a bit of desert luck which resulted in the following:

Round 1: compasseagle89 (allies) 3 medals, 16 figures vs. EMI44 (axis) 5 medals, 13 figures
Round 2: compasseagle89 (axis) 5 medals, 12 figures vs. EMI44 (allies) 1 medal, 5 figures

Overall: compasseagle89 8 medals, 28 figures, and 55 dice vs. EMI44 6 medals, 18 figures, and 67 dice

Ready2GoM44 vs AirStrikeBack was a TIE GAME

It went more rounds than I expected. I had bad cards (no center) but he had worse (few rolls). At the same time, I rolled 112 dice to get 24 hits and he only needed 83 dice for 24 hits.

Only 1 middle card for mrmanley31 as the Allies in Round 2 spelled defeat. Actual game time was probably about 12-15 min total (for both ways).
