i had a game (Twilight Imperium 4ed) where my Warsun missed 7 times of 9. While probability of one hit (1 of 1) is 80%, probability of such event is about 0.0003 or 0.03%. My opponent (premium user) had the same Warsun and missed only 2 of 9. That is usual result. I had advantage in fleet, in action cards, but everything was ruined by RND. I dont believe it was fair RND without any cheating. Looks like BGA prevents premium players from frustrating while others should suffer.
Once is an anecdote, not evidence to rely on. Have you gone through the game history to compare the results of premium vs. non-premium players and demonstrate that premium players are winning more often that would be expected?

(And that's not even confronting the motivation factor - to do this, the game developer would have to build the code in to rig the results. The game developer is a volunteer, not a BGA employee, so unless the site was offering secret kickbacks to the volunteer developers, there's no motive for the developer to do this aside, but public loss of reputation if someone else discovers it. And if BGA are offering kickbacks to the volunteer developers, all it would take was one volunteer developer to publicise the offer to put BGA's reputation and revenue at risk. BGA can't rig the results without the developer involved, because the RNG itself only delivers numbers, it doesn't know what the numbers are being used for or what results would be favourable to any particular outcome.)

I haven't played Twilight Imperium, but I've been premium for several years, my Catan results/rating would be noticeably better if the dice were being rigged in premium players' favour. Catan is notorious for complaints about unfair dice, you can see it in this and countless other threads, but no one has ever turned the complaints into solid evidence.

You cannot reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into in the first place. So evidence, logic, and objective reality doesn't work. Dice conspiracies, religion, certain areas of politics...

If it is a usual result, please tell us how often exactly you had such a distribution (i.e., 7/9+2/9) or something worse happening in your last 50 games.

If it happened 10 times out of your last 50 games then definitely something is wrong. Even if it were 5 out of 50 we should investigate. Please provide the game numbers of those 5 games (out of your most recent 50 games).

If you believe it is linked with premium/non-premium then of course only the last 50 games against premium opponents count.
