Hi all, I am checking in yet again to continue to advocate for a swift resolution of this issue.

Has there been any further update on this? Is there a way that I can get the direct contact details of a customer service representative to discuss this ongoing unresolved issue?

Agreed—would love to go back to the beautiful OG Vincent Dutrait art, and would love to play the hilariously named “long game” with the sixth color!

I second that.
Please add an option to switch between designs, or revert to the old design altogether.
I didn't want to play the game anymore since the graphics changed. It's subjective, but the old design holds sentimental value for me.

When are they going to change it back? Playing is awful

Once again requesting a swift resolution to this unresolved issue. I am feeling incredibly disheartened by the lack of an official announcement for two months now regarding when players can expect a resolution to this ongoing issue.

Many people stopped playing the game because of the new graphics. Some are cancelling their premiums. I am not renewing my membership

Glad to see others hate the graphics change. I got on to play this for the first time in a long time and it's just so god damned ugly. Why?

The new graphics along with the tiny numbers hurt my eyes. I can not longer play this game. When is it coming back to normal?

The interface in regards to the location of the cards is fixed for me! still the nee graphics, but the game is playable again. Previously the draw pule and my hand would be so far down I would have to scroll to see them. But bow it all fits in same area, no scrolling!

Do we just have to keep this at the top of the pile indefinitely? The lack of a response is the most unprofessional way to deal with this possible. What company just ignores their customers?? This is overwhelming, surely??
